Application Deadline: Please submit your application and supplemental materials by 11:59 p.m. ET.
Interview Completion Date: Qualified applicants will be invited to interview following a preliminary review of their application materials. If invited to interview, we ask that you please schedule and complete your interview by the Interview Completion Date for your round of submission.
Decision Notification Date: Decisions will be posted to your MSBA Application Status page, and you will receive an email notification indicating that a final decision is available.
Enrollment Deposit Deadline: Candidates who accept their offer of admission must submit their enrollment agreement as well as a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to reserve their place in the class and initiate their University of Virginia student account.
Second Deposit Deadline: A second and final non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required to confirm your place in the class. Upon enrollment, the entire $2,500 enrollment deposit will be applied to your tuition account. Due to the University of Virginia tuition billing cycle, admitted candidates who enroll in July will submit the initial $1,000 non-refundable deposit needed to initiate their University of Virginia student account; a second deposit is not required and is automatically reflected to the fall tuition bill.
Requests for deferral are considered on a case-by-case basis and typically granted for reasons of health and/or medical emergency or military service. Deferral requests are typically not granted for financial reasons (e.g., needing more time to secure funding), educational reasons (e.g., studying elsewhere), or work obligations and/or changes to employment status.
