Career Services Leadership

Jeff McNish is the Assistant Dean of Career Services at the Darden School of Business and brings over 14 years of MBA program administration leadership and 10 years of business experience to the role. Prior to Darden, Jeff managed the MBA Career Management Center at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and led the career services division at Michigan State University supporting students in the full-time MBA, executive MBA, and specialized master’s programs. Prior to working in academia, Jeff was a senior consultant with Capgemini and worked in the supply chain management practice, primarily supporting automotive and other manufacturing clients. Previous employers include Delphi, Oracle, and A.T. Kearney. Jeff earned his MBA from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. He also earned a business studies certificate from Indiana’s Kelley School of Business. McNishJ@darden.virginia.edu

Tom Fitch is the Associate Dean for Career Services and Employer Relations at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. Tom has served as leader of the office since 1998. His primary role – beyond general management of CCS – is to develop and enhance the recruiting relationships with potential and current employers. Tom started his career at UVA in 1989 as the Coordinator of the EXTERN Program, after which he became the Assistant Director for Experiential Programs at UVA’s Office of Career Planning & Placement (now University Career Services). Tom received both his B.A. in Psychology and his Master’s in Education from the University of Virginia. tomf@virginia.edu


Career Coaching

S. Kellogg Leliveld serves as the Director of Career Education and Advising at the Darden School of Business and is responsible for advising students in Darden’s specialty master's and executive MBA programs. She also oversees diversity recruiting support for Darden’s Career Development Center (CDC). Prior to joining Darden, Kellogg spent nine years as a management consultant, worked in Strategic Planning with Toys "R" Us, and served as an independent consultant to Easter Seals. Kellogg earned her MBA from the University of Chicago, a Master's in Urban Planning from the University of Virginia, and a B.S. from the University of Michigan. Kellogg also holds a certificate in leadership coaching from George Mason University. Becky Worthington-Sowers is a Senior Assistant Director of Career Development with Commerce Career Services, supporting both the M.S. in Business Analytics and M.S. in MIT Programs. Becky has over 15 years’ experience doing process improvement, project management, and analytics. She launched a career in consulting, first with Accenture and then with Deloitte, focusing on ERP systems implementations. After that, she joined Bank of America as part of its Technology MBA Leadership Development Program and held roles related to data analytics and modeling, project management, process improvement, and associate readiness. Becky received her undergraduate degree in Systems Engineering from UVA and her MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. rmw3v@comm.virginia.edu


Employer Relations

Casey Floyd is the Director, Employer Engagement & Recruiting at the Darden Graduate School of Business and is responsible for leading Darden’s Employer Engagement team in helping organizations meet their talent needs and developing partnerships that aim to exceed customer objectives. She is well versed in talent development, recruiting operations, CRM, sales strategies, and brand management. Prior to Darden Casey worked in Executive Education at the Darden School and as a Marketing Manager at NTELOS Wireless, a regional telecommunications company servicing Virginia and West Virginia. Casey is a proud alumna of James Madison University (B.S.) and the University Of Virginia Darden School Of Business. FloydC@darden.virginia.edu

Mary Riner is the Director for Employer Relations in Commerce Career Services at the McIntire School of Commerce. In her role, she cultivates relationships with new employers, maintains existing recruiting relationships, and regularly consults with key representatives regarding recruiting and marketing strategies. Mary works with sincere passion and is dedicated to helping connect McIntire students and employers for networking and employment purposes. She has over 20 years of career services experience, exclusively at McIntire. maryriner@virginia.edu
